Frequently Asked Questions
FAQs
We know sending off vehicle modules can feel a little daunting — so we’ve made the process as clear and stress-free as possible.
🔧 How Does It Work?
Depending on the product or service you purchase, we may need a little extra information before we can get started.
Cloning Services
When you purchase a cloning service, you’ll also select and pay for return postage during checkout.
Simply send us your modules, clearly labelled as “SOURCE” and “DONOR.” Please include:
- Your full name and return address
- A copy of your order confirmation email
Once the cloning process is complete, we’ll email you to confirm it’s done and arrange the return shipping using the postage you’ve already paid for.
Plug-and-Play Units
For plug-and-play units, we may need a few extra details about your vehicle — such as the VIN number, specification, or other configuration information — to prepare the module correctly.
Once your module is ready, we’ll ship it to you and send a confirmation email with tracking details.
Repair Services
Repairing certain modules can require detailed diagnostic information. In many cases, it may be more cost-effective to purchase a replacement and have it cloned rather than repairing the original.
If you’d like us to assess a repair, please contact us with as much of the following information as possible:
- The fault or symptoms you are experiencing
- Any fault codes (if available)
- Whether the fault is intermittent or constant
- How to reproduce the fault
- The steps you’ve already taken to diagnose or fix the issue
- How you determined this specific module is the cause
