Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

  • We also accept exchanges.

Product Condition & Time Window

  • Products must be new only — unused, with all tags, in original packaging.

  • The return/exchange window is 5 days after you receive the product.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, refunds will be processed within 14 days.

  • The refund will go to your original payment method. Please allow extra time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 5 days of receipt to tell us you'd like to return or exchange.

  2. Ship the item back by mail, with tags attached, unused, in original packaging.

  3. Cover the return label / shipping costs.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item (new condition required), we will issue either the exchange or refund (less restocking fee).
